Learning and Earning Development Project is a significant initiative taken by ICT Division to provide free training in different freelancing skills with the purpose to create opportunities for potential youth of the country. The project aims to equip ordinary citizens with the capacity to earn revenues through various online channels. It provides a comprehensive guide about various money making opportunities available on the internet. Training is provided on – Digital marketing, Graphics Design, and Web Design and Development.

he success of this project was that the project made the trainees able to start working as freelancers and earn money. Highest earners among them got awards and laptops from the ICT Division which also worked as a motivation for the youth
